Personal data collected by our data processor, based on your interactions with our website, is stored in an encoded format optimized for performance. The processor’s data is spread across a number of physical and logical volumes for redundancy and expedient access, obfuscating it from tampering. Data from all users is distributed across a shared infrastructure of the data processor’s numerous homogeneous machines and located in its data centers. In addition, the data processor ensures secure transmission of its JavaScript libraries and measurement data.
The personal data we collect from you via direct contact and your web traffic will be transferred to, and stored by, our third party partner at their secure locations. Our third party partner, who has designed their procedures and facilities to be GDPR-compliant, have met industry standards for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 and has certified compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. The organization allows for access, exportation, rectification, stoppage, and erasal of personal data, which can be done by request. If erasal is not requested, Blue Beyond Consulting, Inc. retains personal data, as necessary, for business relationship reasons, to protect ourselves against legal claims, analysis or record-keeping, or compliance with information management policies and schedules.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Unfortunately, material transmission via the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we use strict procedures and security features, in coordination with our third-party partners, to try to prevent unauthorized access.
