Co-founder and Partner

Valli is an accomplished business and community leader who spent the majority of her career as a partner at Deloitte, serving clients and impacting the development of future leaders all around the world.

Upon retiring from the firm her second career act includes, co-founding Occam’s Edge, a global leadership advisory firm. 

Her decades of experiences, inexperiences and missteps have provided her with the foundation and a little bit of credibility to launch into her passion of helping others.
